With an aim of providing best quality services to meet the demand and satisfy of all customers, the company offers after-sale service policies as follows:

Exchanging and returning
All bought items could be free exchanged and returned to the showrooms within 30 days since the day of receipt. All the exchange and return items should be intact with full tags, labels, initial packages, unused and undamaged (except for defects or damages during production process). Customers would be requested to show the purchase bills of the items.
Customers could contact directly for exchange, returning on working time: from 12:30 to 20:30, from Monday to Sunday, except for holidays.
The exchanged and returned items would be inspected and then be exchanged or refunded according to the customers’ requests and regulation specified as below.
I. Cases of exhanging/returning
1. Return as customer’s demand
Items which are purchased from our showrooms can be returned within 30 days from receiving date (except the sales off items or other regulations). The return or exchange items are only accepted in good initial condition, unused and undamaged with purchase bills enclosed including:
– Intact packaging and packages are not torn.
– Full range of parts, details, accessories.
– Stamps/guaranty cards, trade labels and gifts attached (if any) and so on must be adequate and intact.
– Do not be dirty, scratched, damaged, strange smells or no signs of laundry or using.
2. Return without customer’s own reasons
Bought items are dirty, torn or missing during delivering.
Customers are recommended to inspect all bought products before payment to guarantee that range, quantity and color of items is correct under your order and outside condition is not affected (dirty/scratched). Whether it occurs, please inform the Sellers immediately so that we have settlement in time.
In case customers find the products defective, dirty or missing after purchasing and receiving, please contact to the Sellers to be supported at once.
After 24 hours from the delivering and receiving items, we have the right to refuse supporting your complaints with contents above.
II. Refund policy
Depend on the reasons of returning and the result of our inspiring and evaluation, refunding is applied by following regulation:
